Subject: A Library, Podcast & Forum around key statutory and compliance matters for CSOs

Dear Friends,

Hello from Sharad (Saathi Development) , Suresh (Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies Foundation), Shemeer & Pooja (aikyamfellows).

In September 2024, a few of us came together to start PATTIC (People’s Alliance for Trust & Transparency in CSOs) as a collective to make trust and transparency tools accessible to all civil society organisations (CSOs) in India.

We started by putting together resources around key statutory and compliance matters applicable to NGOs in India like Code for Taxation, CSR Laws, FCRA, FCRR, Fund Accounting, Budget Management, Grant Management, Risks and Control, and Social Security Laws.

We are happy to share 3 ways to access these resources:
